Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Recruiter will support the hiring needs of the organization by partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within their assigned business unit(s). The Senior Recruiter will assess specific needs of vacancies to identify, attract and onboard talent to meet those needs. With minimal guidance, acts autonomously to take consultative approach to hiring, driving the recruitment process, and enforcing processes and policies around compensation, job postings, interviews, offers, and all stages of the recruiting process.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supports full life cycle recruitment managing 35-40+ jobs. Ensures all core TA activities are followed and documented throughout the hiring process (job posting, intake meetings, candidate phone screens, offer negotiations and creation, pre-onboarding responsibilities), while ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines and internal 1LOD Risk processes that protect the bank from risk-prone activities.
- Develops a sourcing/recruiting strategy to support vacancies. Utilizes all tools available (LinkedIn, Workday, etc.) to ensure a diverse candidate pool is considered. Through a structured vetting process, ensures candidates’ skills, experience and knowledge are applicable to position requirements. Facilitates the identification and selection of talent using multiple sourcing methods and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers. Manages the interview process for applicable candidates including scheduling and soliciting feedback, ensuring that the process is consistent and equitable for all participants.
- Facilitates the offer process with candidates selected for hire, including offer recommendations, negotiations, and letters. Utilizes internal resources to ensure that compensation details for offers are appropriate, ensuring compliance with compensation policies and equity guidelines and that all approval processes are adhered to. Acts as liaison between TA Operations, hiring managers, and candidates, to ensure all pertinent information regarding background checks, equipment and access provisioning, and onboarding, is communicated effectively and timely within published deadlines.

- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 5+ Years of recruiting experience, preferably within a financial services industry.
- Ability to develop relationships with various stakeholders of multiple levels within and outside the organization
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines
- Awareness/Understanding of 1LOD risk objectives and requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of passive candidate sourcing utilizing various job boards and databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday preferred)
- Advanced ability to utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday preferred
- Basic understanding of how to interpret data related to the recruitment and hiring process to identify trends and then incorporate strategic actions to improve results/impact change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- Additional knowledge-based certifications preferred (SHRM-CP or PHR, CDR, CIR, CSP, or similar)
Job Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Minimal travel required (<10%)
- Physical demands (ADA): No unusual physical exertion is involved.
