About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will take on a more strategic role in the recruitment process, contributing significantly to the overall talent acquisition strategy. You will leverage your experience to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support strategy development.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for standard roles, ensuring a seamless process.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through advanced networking techniques and referrals.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Assist in refining recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Utilize recruitment data to provide insights and suggest improvements.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices into daily tasks.

Education and Experience:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, especially in SaaS sales hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and experience working in fast-paced environments.
