How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans.
Establish standards and specifications for manufacturing/assembly processes.
Provide internal reporting on quality assurance activities, progress, and outcomes.
Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
Manage and mentor quality professionals.
Conduct training programs and workshops to promote quality awareness.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address customer-specific quality requirements.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality processes and business operations.
Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
Proven ability to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
