At Teledyne DALSA, we develop advanced image sensors and cameras used in aerospace, life sciences, and the most demanding applications worldwide. Join our Advanced Imaging group as an Image Sensor Design Specialist and help shape the future of imaging technology.
What you’ll do
✔ Design and optimize custom image sensors and pixel layouts
✔ Solve complex technical challenges and innovate in a fast-paced environment
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (process, electronics, optics)
✔ Support sensor performance optimization and customer requirements
✔ Provide technical guidance and root-cause investigations
What you need
✔ Degree in Physics, Engineering Physics, Nanotechnology, or related field
✔ Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and CMOS image sensors
✔ Experience with device modeling, layout, and fabrication processes
✔ Familiarity with optics, imaging technology, and analog electronics
✔ Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for data analysis
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Assets: Pixel design experience, 3+ years in product development, circuit design knowledge
