Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to be part of making this/that happen.    

  

The Senior Quality Engineer will contribute to our IDR department .

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the strategic technical vision for Integration QA within the group.
  • Oversee the quality assurance lifecycle for Integration systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Establish and coordinate testing strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Development and Automation
  • Design, develop, and execute automation systems (in Python) for Integrations.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Ensure continuous integration flows are effective and maintained.
  • Guide QA team members and Integration Developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate QA processes into the Agile development lifecycle.
  • Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
  • Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies in use throughout Arctic Wolf and externally.
     

Basic Requirements :

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of industry standard QA test frameworks, methods, and systems.
  • Extensive experience with QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • 6+ years of experience in software QA . Experience of cybersecurity will be a plus.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and configuration management systems (e.g., Git).
  • Proficiency in any one programming languages such as Python, Java or Go.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Familiarity with secure network protocols and web architectural styles (e.g., REST, TLS).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a love of authoring effective Quality template and Quality Plans.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
     

Preferred Qualifications :

  • A deep and demonstrable understanding of QA methods including Automated testing, API testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, etc.
  • Experience working in full fledged QA teams which undertake multiple levels of quality assurance.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
  • Participate and lead internal knowledge sharing workshops, contribute to inernal publications and be a champion of Quality within the group.
  • Attend training, seminars or webinars relevant to job role to enhance current knowledge base and skill set in order to improve job performance and efficiency.
