For our campus in the heart of the Swiss Alps, we are looking for a Senior QA Specialist, Supplier Management (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of locally used suppliers, ensuring that production-related suppliers are appropriately qualified and that their activities are monitored from a quality perspective.

Interface with the global Quality Compliance and Audit Management Team to ensure appropriate implementation of qualification outcomes at site level.
Handling of supplier-related deviations, investigations, risk assessments, and CAPAs in coordination with global and local stakeholders.
Ongoing monitoring and performance evaluation of locally used suppliers to ensure compliance with applicable quality requirements.
Support of regulatory inspections and authority audits related to supplier quality at the site
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, QC, and Regulatory Affairs.
A technical diploma in a scientific or laboratory-related field or an academic degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a similar position.
Strong understanding of GMP regulations and change control processes.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with supply chains, raw materials, equipment, facilities and logistics is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills (oral and written), with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
