The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-driven Senior Publisher Growth Manager to lead and scale the portfolio of publishers integrated with our SDK platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of our monetization strategy, focusing on publisher success, growth, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution - from onboarding and integration to churn prevention and KPI improvement - while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Business stakeholders.

The Opportunity:

Growth Strategy & Portfolio Expansion

  • Champion a growth mindset across the SDK ecosystem.
  • Analyse and execute strategies to drive SDK adoption through partnerships, brand positioning, and value-driven approach
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across existing and new publisher segments.

Publisher Experience & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Ad Operations, GTM, and Support teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality publisher experience.
  • Oversee publisher onboarding, ensuring quick resolution of integration, billing, creative delivery, and technical issues.
  • Maintain high service levels and continuously improve internal workflows.

Churn Management & Retention

  • Build and operationalize systems to monitor SDK churn and identify at-risk publishers.
  • Lead re-engagement strategies, including outreach to publishers who have removed the SDK, to understand root causes and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Align priorities and drive initiatives across Product, Customer Engineering, Data Science, BizOps, and Marketing teams.
  • Translate publisher needs into clear action plans and measurable objectives across departments.

Publisher Feedback Loop

  • Implement and outreach with structured feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, NPS programs, QBRs etc).
  • Regularly gather insights to inform product improvements, prioritize enhancements, and surface pain points early.

Product Development & Platform Scaling

  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve the platform experience. 
  • Be Highly analytical and objective in defining the problem and drive end to end resolution with teams. 
  • Ensure the platform scales effectively for enterprise publishers with growing integration and operational needs.

AI-Led Innovation & Automation

  • Drive efficiency by implementing AI-powered tools for support, analytics, ticket resolution, and publisher communications.
  • Identify areas where automation can improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of the service model.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth, partner management, ad tech, or product-facing roles.
  • Strong track record of driving cross-functional execution in fast-growing tech or SaaS businesses.
  • Deep understanding of SDKs, mobile advertising, publisher monetization, or programmatic ecosystems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about technology, publisher success, and continuous innovation.
