Senior Provider Partnership Liaison
Position Summary:
The Senior Provider Partnership Liaison is an experienced relationship manager and a developing leader on the provider partnership team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of our most complex or strategically important provider partnerships. The Senior Liaison acts as a subject matter expert, mentors other liaisons, and takes the lead on key regional initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring our most important provider partners are successful, piloting new engagement strategies, and that best practices are shared across the team. Success in this role is built on deep, trust-based relationships with our provider partners. Therefore, a core requirement of this position is residence within one of our key markets (IL, KY, AR, or MO) to ensure a consistent and impactful in-market presence.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with a dedicated portfolio of large, complex, or high-value provider groups, developing and executing strategic partnership plans for each.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on value-based care programs, provider analytics, and internal operational workflows.
- Mentor and provide informal guidance to Provider Partnership Liaisons, acting as a resource for questions and sharing best practices for data-driven engagement.
- Lead special projects or regional initiatives aimed at improving provider performance or satisfaction.
- Independently analyze and present complex performance data and insights to practice leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- This position requires residence within the assigned market (MO, KY, IL, or AR). Regular travel within the assigned territory is essential to maintain a visible, in-market presence and build critical provider partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a provider-facing role such as provider relations, network management, or practice consulting.
- Advanced understanding of value-based care models, Medicare Advantage quality metrics, and provider performance analytics.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence senior practice leaders using data.
- Demonstrated experience informally mentoring peers, acting as a subject-matter resource, or leading project-based work.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
$72,800.00-$97,400.00
