As a Senior Project Controls Specialist at Giga, you'll sit at the intersection of Finance and Construction — turning raw project data into the financial clarity our leadership needs to make fast, confident decisions. You're not just tracking budgets; you're building the systems, forecasts, and controls that tell us exactly where every dollar is going across a portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects. In a company moving at Giga's speed, the ability to surface accurate cost and schedule intelligence in real time isn't nice to have — it's a competitive advantage. You'll own this function with autonomy, build structure in a high-growth environment, and work directly alongside Engineering, Construction, and Finance leaders to keep our projects on track and on budget.
We're onsite because velocity matters when you're building physical infrastructure. Solving complex problems in real-time with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance leaders is how we move faster than a slow, antiquated industry.
This role is based in our San Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston offices, with full-time onsite expectations outside of bi-weekly WFH Fridays. We will make exceptions for truly exceptional talent outside our hubs — if you're the right person, we'll have that conversation.
