Project Manager - Fund Data Management

What would be your mission?

As a Project Manager you will be fully accountable for medium-scale projects with business impact and is responsible for planning and managing the process of implementing changes while taking business readiness levels into account.

What would be your tasks?

• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
• Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
• Coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
• Accountable for projects with business impact and is responsible for planning and managing the process of implementing changes while taking business readiness levels into account.
• Accountable for the progress and delivery of a project from the commencement of Initiation to the end of the Closure phase.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent in a computer-based discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in similar position
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
• Experience into the banking sector and Fund Data Management
• Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Clarity will be a plus
• Ability to analyze and take quick decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; French / German or / and any other languages will be an asset
