To coordinate people and processes and drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, budget, and scope constraints for medium to large and/or medium to highly complex BU/PH.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, including people, budget, time, systems, procurement, and quality.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with approved methodologies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Lead and influence cross-functional and indirect teams by providing clear context, setting performance expectations, and enabling effective ways of working.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support expectation management, decision-making, and structured project reporting.
- Identify, assess, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies in line with governance and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the development of project budgets and manage financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support change management activities to maximise adoption, business readiness, and value realisation while minimising resistance.
- Ensure delivery quality by applying agreed standards, procedures, SLAs, and approved project plans.
- Compile, maintain, and control all required project documentation in line with methodology and audit requirements.
- Continuously develop professional, industry, and subject-matter expertise to enhance delivery effectiveness.

- Project Delivery Management: Strong capability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies across the full project lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.

- Governance, Risk & Compliance: Solid understanding of governance frameworks, controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead and influence without direct authority, build credibility quickly, and drive accountability.
- Change & Adaptability: Understanding of change management principles and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Professional Effectiveness: High levels of organisation, attention to detail, ethical conduct, and commitment to continuous professional development.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in business related fields
- Relevant certification in PM practices or methodologies (e.g., PRINCE, PMBOK, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- Experience in financial services sector, particularly in banking.
- Knowledge of the foreign exchange market would be highly beneficia.
- Proficiency in leading strategy frameworks or methods
- Proven ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, effectively managing key internal and external interactions to ensure the delivery of quality and value.
- Change management qualification or experience will be advantageous.
