The Data Tribe are looking at the next wave of innovative tools and services that will ensure personal, powerful and relevant data-driven offerings for our customers. To enable these offerings, we are decommissioning the current data warehouse and delivering a modernized, integrated cloud-based data and analytics platform. This project is high profile and of strategic importance to ING and will require a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the project to completion.
This role requires a strong blend of project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding, with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What you’ll do …
Lead delivery of data initiatives including governance, privacy, metadata, and platform modernization.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple agile workstreams.
Collaborate with CDO, Data Tribe, and Technology teams to align with strategy and compliance.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across squads.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with financial governance, reporting, and benefits realization frameworks.
Monitor and report on project performance, stakeholder engagement, and realized benefits.
Support implementation of data mesh, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.

Expertise in data delivery projects
Skilled in steering cross-functional teams within agile delivery frameworks.
Experience in executive level communications across the board.
Experienced in financial oversight, benefits tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
Adept at autonomous decision-making in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
