Senior Project Manager, Customer Success Delivery

Reuters’ Professional division creates high‑impact, branded content programmes for some of the world’s most respected global brands. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our global programme management team, playing a pivotal role in delivering work across Reuters Plus and Reuters Events.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of how Reuters brings premium custom content and event-led programmes to life. You’ll partner closely with world‑class journalists, producers, strategists and commercial teams to deliver complex, high‑profile campaigns—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest editorial and operational standards.

Combining strong commercial awareness with outstanding project management and client‑facing skills, you’ll be a trusted lead for our clients and internal stakeholders alike—championing operational excellence while keeping client objectives and experience front and centre. About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, Customer Success Delivery at Thomson Reuters, you will:

  • Own the operational delivery of multiple concurrent content campaigns, setting clear plans, timelines, and ownership from kickoff through completion.
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution across Reuters Plus and Reuters Events, partnering with editorial, production, design, audience development, paid social, media planning, Ad Ops, and external vendors.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and quality rigorously—identifying risks early and driving practical, solutions‑focused decisions.
  • Support the pre‑sale process by partnering with Sales and Content Strategy on RFP responses, including budgets, resourcing models, content mixes, and delivery plans.
  • Assess feasibility and delivery impact during pre‑sale to protect quality, timelines, and commercial margins.
  • Plan and deliver event‑related client programmes, including sponsored content and integrated media packages, aligning cross‑functional teams and proactively managing dependencies and timelines.

About You

To be our Senior Project Manager, you will likely have:

  • Strong understanding of branded content and event production, including delivery of advertiser‑funded programmes.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi‑workstream projects with tight timelines, budgets, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Confident client‑facing communicator, able to lead meetings, manage expectations, and translate complexity into actionable plans.
  • Sound judgment and operational rigor, with a practical, solution‑oriented approach under deadline pressure.
  • Experience supporting paid distribution and/or ad operations for custom content (e.g. paid social, bespoke ad units).
  • Exposure to EMEA markets beyond the UK, with experience working with Middle Eastern clients a plus.
  • Experience managing external vendors and freelancers, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Calm, highly accountable collaborator who thrives in fast‑moving environments and builds trust through follow‑through.
