Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a team consisting of project managers, coordinators, data analysts, and outsourced vendors/partners to deliver various projects within budget, specification, and highest standards. Primary responsibilities include managing team(s), Project budgets, project timelines, including construction, colocation, remediation, and site auditing.

The incumbent will manage selected outsourced vendors, clients, and other integral parties to achieve the business goals and objectives. Additionally, will liaise with stakeholders (internally and externally) to understand and achieve the business objectives and project requirements.  Under the direction of Senior Management, the Senior Program Manager will assist in the allocation of resources and develop budgets.

Internally, the Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Sales, Supply Chain, ICT, Operations, and Property teams and oversee external contractors working on assigned projects.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Planning and budgeting.
  • Contract management (MTSA, MLA, and other associated agreements).
  • Active involvement with recruiting and training of project staff and contract resources.
  • Setting long and short-term goals and objectives for direct reports, monitoring progress, identifying staff training and development needs, and managing the team's overall performance
  • Managing all deployment and remediation activities, including but not limited to due diligence, pre-construction services, internal pre-deployment meetings, client deployment meetings, technology and power team engagements, Power, structural and site upgrades.
  • Compiling and concluding all project planning data, project schedule, monitoring progress, and reporting on agreed project milestones.
  • Evaluating all collocation opportunities and conducting market analysis to develop qualified strategic site candidates.
  • Conducting thorough financial analysis on all new opportunities using the Return on Investment ("ROI") model. Interpret financial concepts and assumptions specific to each tower site and communicate this analysis to management during approval.
  • Creating and managing the agreed project budget (capital budget) and forecast capital spending for assigned projects, including hard costs for site development and related expenses.
  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of BTS and collocation agreements.
  • Creating and maintaining project budgets and schedules from search ring release to tenant install-ready.
  • Communicating project status to customers regularly through the exchange of trackers and attendance at project meetings.
  • Responding to senior-level customer inquiries and requests for proposals by providing a detailed scope of work and cost estimate.
  • Managing billing of milestone and pass-through revenue associated with assigned projects.
  • Review and approve project expense requests, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulatory requirements for all Company personnel and third-party vendors.
  • SHEQ compliance.
  • Conflict Management.
  • Providing regular reporting and updates on project schedules, project risks, and resource management to CEO that details project performance, staffing, and new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Master License Agreements ("MLAs") and service contracts related to active projects.
  • Seeking out business opportunities, developing and growing relationships with wireless customers in partnership with sales and commercial teams.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
