Job Description:

Senior Program Manager, OASIS Platform GTM & Customer Success

The Senior Program Manager, GTM & Customer Success, will lead cross-functional go-to-market programs for the OASIS platform, driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful commercial launch and customer adoption. This role requires an exceptional program management leader who excels at planning, documentation, scheduling, and driving execution across non-technical functions. The Senior Program Manager will coordinate sales enablement, marketing campaigns, customer onboarding programs, and lighthouse customer implementations to deliver measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market program management for OASIS, coordinating across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial teams. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery of commercial milestones leading to March 2026 GA launch and beyond as we go-to-market.

  • Coordinate sales enablement programs including training development, collateral creation, demo environment coordination, and sales play execution. Ensure sales teams are equipped with tools, messaging, and support needed to effectively position and sell OASIS solutions.

  • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns, product launches, and demand generation programs. Coordinate content development, event participation, analyst relations, and digital marketing initiatives to drive market awareness and lead generation.

  • Oversee lighthouse customer implementation programs and early adopter engagements. Coordinate onboarding processes, success metrics tracking, case study development, and customer advocacy programs to demonstrate value and drive reference-ability.

  • Establish rigorous documentation standards for all GTM activities. Create and maintain program documentation including launch plans, enablement guides, customer playbooks, ROI models, and executive briefings. Ensure all commercial stakeholders are informed and aligned.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules tracking GTM milestones, campaign launches, customer implementations, and sales readiness checkpoints. Proactively identify and address potential delays to ensure commercial deadlines are met.

  • Foster strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams. Facilitate regular sync meetings, resolve cross-team dependencies, and ensure GTM activities align with product roadmap and business objectives.

  • Define and monitor key GTM metrics including pipeline generation, sales cycle velocity, customer adoption rates, NPS scores, and revenue attainment. Provide data-driven insights to leadership on program effectiveness and areas for optimization.

  • Coordinate pricing strategy rollout, contract template development, and sales operations processes. Support deal desk activities and ensure sales teams have necessary commercial tools and approvals to close business efficiently.

  • Implement best practices in GTM program management. Gather feedback from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine processes, improve efficiency, and enhance commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 10+ years in program or project management with significant focus on GTM, sales enablement, marketing operations, or customer success in B2B technology companies. Track record of successfully launching enterprise software or platform solutions.

  •  Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, marketing campaign management, and customer success methodologies. Experience supporting field sales organizations and managing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial initiatives.

  • Exceptional skills in scheduling, documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).

  • Strong business and financial acumen with ability to understand pricing models, revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis. Comfortable presenting to executive audiences including CFO, CRO, and board members.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling executive presentations, sales collateral, and customer-facing materials. Experience translating technical capabilities into business value propositions.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent GTM initiatives, customer programs, and commercial deadlines.

  •  Track record of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly adjust priorities as business needs evolve.
