Senior Product Owner

LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner:

In this role, you will drive strategic roadmap planning, optimize backlog priorities, foster strong stakeholder partnerships, analyze performance metrics, coordinate seamless releases, and champion exceptional user experiences across multiple software development teams within a defined area of responsibility.

You will collaborate with a diverse and talented cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the usability, security, scalability, and reliability of our software products. Your interactions will span various departments - fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment - including Engineering, Security and Compliance, and Product & UX teams located in Hungary, Portugal, and the United States.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with strong decision-making and risk management skills for backlog and priorities
• Successful leadership of secure, high-visibility projects requiring cross-group collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Strategic mindset focused on security, usability, and customer satisfaction while defining and prioritizing product features
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
• Skilled in planning releases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while addressing security and technical issues
• Strong understanding of SDLC, SaaS architectures, software/system architecture, and modern delivery tools; capable of analyzing data for insights
• Knowledge of QA practices and emphasis on secure product development throughout the lifecycle
• Ability to create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and maintain a well-defined backlog for multiple teams
• Familiarity with distributed code repositories, automated build/deploy systems, and cloud-based environments
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
