The Commercial Analytics team partners with the Pfizer Commercial organization as experts in data product design, development and delivery, enabling scalable, trusted insights that drive measurable commercial impact across markets.

As a Senior Product Owner for International Commercial Data Products, you will own the vision, roadmap and delivery of data products that inform critical commercial decisions across International markets. You will work closely with senior Commercial stakeholders to translate priority business questions into scalable, trusted data products that deliver clear business value.

Operating at the intersection of Commercial strategy, analytics and technology, you will lead data products from discovery through delivery, launch and continuous improvement. Success in this role is defined by adoption at scale, demonstrable business impact and the ability to convert complex commercial needs into reusable data products.

You will act as the single point of accountability for your assigned data products, orchestrating delivery across data engineering, analytics and platform teams. You will champion strong product management practices, data governance and data quality standards, ensuring products are designed to scale across markets and endure beyond individual initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how data and analytics are used across International Commercial markets, influencing decision making across diverse regions while building reusable and trusted data products.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and value realisation for assigned International Commercial data products in partnership with Commercial stakeholders

  • Define and prioritise product backlogs based on business value, strategic alignment and delivery feasibility

  • Make prioritisation decisions that balance business impact, technical complexity and delivery capacity, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority

  • Lead discovery with Commercial stakeholders to translate priority business questions into scalable data products

  • Orchestrate cross functional delivery across data engineering, analytics and platform teams

  • Ensure products meet standards for data quality, governance, security and reuse across markets

  • Drive product evolution, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement

  • Act as the primary Commercial domain expert within Digital and Technology for assigned product areas

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline with 7+ years of experience

  • Significant experience delivering analytics or data products in commercial or healthcare contexts

  • Working knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake

  • Proven ability to partner with senior Commercial stakeholders and influence outcomes without authority

  • Experience operating in ambiguous and matrixed environments

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Product management experience in data, analytics or digital products

  • Experience delivering commercial analytics solutions in pharma or life sciences

  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical or analytical field
