About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services
- Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
- Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
- Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 4+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products or platforms in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital platforms, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven solutions and data analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams; understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations across geographies.
- Certifications (optional but desirable): SAFe POPM, CSPO, or equivalent Agile/Product certifications.

- Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process optimization.
- Risk & Compliance Awareness: Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards in product design and delivery.
- Mentorship: Coach junior PMs and contribute to building a strong product culture within the organization.
