About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end to end shopping experience across all Weee! Surfaces to support business needs. This role is to deeply understand Weee!’s multicultural customers and deliver a shopping journey that is simple, personalized, culturally relevant, and economically compelling.

To succeed, you must think like a General Manager for the customer, combining product innovation with business impact. You will collaborate deeply with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Customer Service, GMs across ethnicities/regions, and central Engineering/Product teams to ensure the digital experience reflects operational reality.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the entire shopping experience: homepage → search/browse → PDP → cart → checkout.
  • Monitor and improve conversions, AOV, purchase frequency and retention
  • Lead growth and engagement features end to end; drive rapid experimentation with high-quality hypotheses, testing, and iteration
  • Build a precise and evolving understanding of multicultural users — motivations, behaviors, friction points.
  • Collaborate with pricing, merchandising, and GMs to deliver culturally relevant and high-impact offers; influence pricing decisions through customer insights and behavioral data
  • Partner with GMs (ethnicity/region) to improve category-specific discovery and local user journeys. Ensure product decisions align with real operational capabilities across supply chain, fulfillment, and service.
  • Analyze KPIs to seek enhancement opportunities and share actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating metrics and results to stakeholders
  • Ensure Weee! Delivers the core user experience to all customer segments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in B2C digital product management (ecommerce, marketplace, mobile-first preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes — not just feature launches.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling SQL/BI data independently.
  • Deep curiosity about consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and operational realities.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to synthesize complexity into clear direction.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a core product area end-to-end.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with growth product domains (referrals, lifecycle, personalization, promotions).
  • Experience working with multicultural or international consumer segments.
  • Engineering degree (plus) for structured thinking and technical collaboration.
  • MBA (nice to have, not required).
  • Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, or digital merchandising.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.  PPO/HMO packages
  • 401k, 4% company match
  • Equity and Bonus
  • Vacation, sick and holiday time off
  • Monthly mobile stipend
  • Monthly Weee! Points credits
