About the team
The Funnels, Websites & Lead Generation Experience Team is responsible for shaping how millions of SMBs create high-converting digital experiences using HighLevel. Our mission is to empower businesses with world-class tools for publishing websites and funnels, capturing leads, tracking user behavior, and optimizing conversions with data.
We own key product pillars including Website Builder, Funnel Builder, Tracking Events, Analytics Dashboard, Media, Domains, Custom Widgets, Forms, Surveys, and more. Our charter includes driving product innovation, improving user activation, enhancing performance and reliability, and enabling agencies to deliver exceptional web experiences for their clients.
As we scale globally, we are doubling down on real-time analytics, AI-powered insights, event-level behavioral tracking, and seamless user journeys across funnels and websites.
About the role
HighLevel is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Website Builder, Funnel Builder Analytics, and Tracking Events product line. This role is ideal for a product leader passionate about empowering agencies to build beautiful, performant sites & funnels and understand user behavior through deep analytics and event instrumentation.
You will own the strategy and roadmap for the next-generation builder experience, including:
- Building a world-class Website & Funnel Builder competitive with Top platform.
- Designing event-level tracking systems for clicks, scrolls, form interactions, media engagement, bookings, and more.
- Creating analytics dashboards & insights to help agencies understand performance and optimize conversions.
- Leveraging AI to provide recommendations, automate design decisions, and enhance builder workflows.
- This is a high-impact role where you will shape the future of how SMBs build online experiences on HighLevel.
- Your ResponsibilitiesEstablish a long-term strategy for HighLevel's Website Builder, Funnel Builder, and Tracking Events. Align the roadmap with customer needs, business goals, and emerging market trends in web creation and analytics.
- Lead discovery, research, requirements, prioritization, execution, and iteration across all builder and analytics capabilities.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze behavioral data, identify user pain points, and convert insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Define event taxonomy, enhance tracking systems, and evolve analytics dashboards to help users understand traffic, conversions, and on-page behavior.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, GTM, and support teams to drive execution, uplift user activation, and deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Improve speed, templates, design flexibility, mobile responsiveness, AI-assisted features, media management, and plugin/widget capabilities for funnels and websites.
- Present product plans, progress, and updates. Act as a subject matter expert for builder and analytics functionalities across internal teams and with customers.
- Define and monitor product metrics such as adoption, activation, conversion events, performance, and engagement. Use data to size opportunities and validate outcomes.
- Work on solutions that help agencies scale—bulk actions, reusable components, collaboration capabilities, white-label optimizations, and AI-powered enhancements.
Experience
- 5–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, website builders, marketing tech, analytics platforms, or similar domains
- Strong understanding of website creation tools, funnel builders, conversion optimization, and digital marketing workflows
- Experience with event tracking systems, analytics tools, or BI dashboards
- Familiarity with user behavior tracking (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps, form submissions, media events, etc.)
- Strong UI/UX sensibilities and ability to work closely with designers
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex frontend + backend product builds
- Exposure to or interest in AI-driven workflows, LLM-powered assistants, and generative UI systems
- Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver with ownership
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
