THE OPPORTUNITY

Join us as the Senior Product Manager to be the strategic product owner of the number one vaccine in Hong Kong, recognized for its robust consumer activation campaigns and its essential role in public health. You will drive the growth and lifecycle management of a flagship vaccine, leveraging advanced digital and omnichannel consumer activation strategies to maximize reach and engagement. This is your great opportunity to lead and contribute to the prevention of HPV-related cancers and diseases in both female and male. This role will also be responsible for developing launch strategies for key pipeline vaccine assets and will have one direct report. 

 

The Senior Product Manager will be based in Hong Kong and reports to Business Unit Director who overseeing Hong Kong and Macau. You will shape product vision, strategy, and execution in a complex environment, collaborating with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an innovative and entrepreneurial leader to design and execute the right strategic choices to transform business to the next level of growth, focus on opportunity spaces alongside cost optimization and execution excellence.

  • Owning and managing full P&Land other key business commitments, balancing short-term results with long-term vision; Responsible for sales forecasting, managing promotional budget, & tracking KPIs

  • Developing and executing both HCP and consumer marketing strategies that drive business transformation, sustainable growth, and public health impact.

  • Develop annual brand plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies

  • Leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, supply, regulatory, medical, access, & policy teams to deliver strategic business plans and projects with both immediate and long-term value.

  • Managing the full product lifecycle, including market research, launch excellence, and ongoing optimization

  • Driving robust omnichannel consumer activation campaigns—including digital, social, and influencer strategies—to drive awareness, education, and vaccine uptake.

  • Providing market insights to regional and global brand teams, ensuring local needs are understood and addressed.

  • Utilizing data-driven insights to challenge assumptions, identify new opportunities, and improve access.

  • Inspiring and developing teams, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of innovation and execution excellence.

  • Championing process simplification, collaboration, and a “speak up” culture to drive continuous improvement.

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • University graduate from Life Science, Healthcare, Science or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Experience in Vaccines will be an absolute advantage

  • Sensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industry

  • Solutions focused with a demonstrated ability to effectively influence decision making

  • Self-motivated, growth mindset, result focused and a will to succeed

  • Demonstrates entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, & creative problem solving

  • Strong collaboration & ability to work well across functions and teams

  • Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
