Overview
The Global Product Enablement (GPE) team is part of the Global Customer Delivery & Care organization.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Product Enablement responsible for developing end to end servicing and integration needs across both Delivery & Care teams. In this role, you will collaborates with product owners and other stakeholders across Mastercard to creates streamlined and straightforward processes used globally by our delivery and support teams to create a positive experience for both our customers and teams.
This position requires initiative, critical thinking, thought leadership, and an understanding of go-to-market strategies and best practices. The person in this role must be a proactive member of the organization and you will use your skills to understand and highlight key data assets that raise awareness of trends and insights, driving business decisions.
Role
o Lead discussions with Product teams and scope project requirements and map them to operational task for support needs.
o Manage and support medium to highly complex initiatives while developing strategies to identify automation oppertunties and simplify processes.
o Partner with support & delivery teams to equip them with the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation needed to perform their job functions efficiently and effectively.
o Develop a coordinated approach to ensure regional relevant teams are trained on products and related implementation processes.
o Lead product integration efforts through the global Studio process in collaboration with global product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
o Lead and support global initiatives to enhance the efficiency and ongoing evolution of GPE Standards and Methodology.
o Collaborate with partners across Mastercard to enable integrated, automated, and scalable tools and report to enhance the customer experience.
All About You
o Experience in processing programs and understanding customer dynamics, contributing to enhancing Mastercard’s products, services, and customer engagement strategies.
o Understanding the payment ecosystem, value chain, and knowledge of Mastercard’s products, services, data assets, & and hand-offs
o Demonstrated success in leading medium or complex initiatives across a matrixed organization.
o Experience delivering presentations that require critical decision-making from leadership
o Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate medium to complex business and technical challenges/solutions.
o Comfortable with ambiguity change, and fast-paced environments.
o Demostrate analytical and problem-solving skills (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control)
o Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the customer, internal and external business partners, and with varying levels of management.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.
o Self-starter with the ability to work independently and work flexible hours as needed to support global teams.
o Ability to lead, negotiate, and drive change in a technical work environment.
o Team player with a willingness to share and transfer knowledge.
o Project management accreditation a plus (e.g., PMP (Project Management Professional)/ PRINCE2 / AGILE project management)
o Certification in process design, Six Sigma, and SAFe accreditation a plus
