Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join the Continuity Flow Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bangalore. This is a high-impact role centred on solving one of our most complex technical and strategic challenges enabling our customers to seamlessly transition from legacy products to the next generation Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.

You will lead the strategy and execution of our upcoming Data Transfer tool - a mission-critical project that is essential to our long-term business goals beyond the migration space, you will also oversee product health and strategy for a wider portfolio of legacy products, ensuring our existing customer base remains supported and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Migration Strategy: Own the roadmap for the Continuity Flow data transfer tool, transforming complex technical migration hurdles into a streamlined, "it-just-works" experience for customers

  • Portfolio Management: Manage the lifecycle of additional legacy products, making data-driven decisions on maintenance, feature requests, and eventual transition paths

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central nervous system between Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure product readiness and successful adoption

  • Stakeholder Influence: Navigate a complex internal landscape, providing clear updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and global stakeholders

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with an elite engineering team primarily based in Bangalore to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field

  • Product Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or construction tech

  • Technical Depth A proven track record of managing technically complex products (APIs, data migration, or platform transitions) You don't need to code, but you must be able to hold your own in a room full of architects

  • Strategic Vision: The ability to see the "big picture" - understanding how a single data tool fits into the broader ACC ecosystem and business strategy

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to translate technical challenges into business value for non-technical stakeholders and leadership

  • Customer Empathy: A deep commitment to understanding the pain points of customers using legacy software and a passion for guiding them toward the future
