We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager – Processing Optimization to join our Product team in the United States or Canada. This role will focus on developing and implementing NMI’s customer fee strategies — including surcharging, dual pricing, cash discounting, and service fee solutions — across our platform. You will drive initiatives that help our partners and merchants offset payment acceptance costs, enhance profitability, and remain compliant with evolving regulatory and card brand requirements.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll define and execute the product vision for customer fee enablement across channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and sales teams to create a seamless and scalable framework that supports the diverse needs of ISOs, ISVs, and payment facilitators. You’ll translate market insights and partner feedback around customer fee strategies into actionable product strategies. You must also be the driving force behind the execution of the vision, working with product owners, development leaders and product designers who will translate your product vision into design and ultimately software.
A successful candidate will possess strong product management expertise in payments, a deep understanding of card network rules and merchant economics, and a track record of bringing customer fee products, like surcharging and cash discounting, to market. You’ll be equally comfortable engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that NMI’s customer fee solutions are innovative, compliant, and easy to adopt.
