The Future of Real Estate is Being Built Here.

While Realtor.com® has been the trusted name in real estate for 25 years, the RMN+ (Realtor Marketing Network Plus) division operates like a high-growth startup within our walls. We aren’t just listing homes; we are building the sophisticated, data-driven "operating system" for the modern agent.

The RMN+ team is the newest, most forward-thinking division at Realtor.com®. We sit at the intersection of consumer demand and professional execution. Our mission is to build the tech that helps agents turn raw data into closed deals, creating a seamless bridge between the home-seeker’s journey and the agent's workflow.

The Role: Architect of Action

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who thrives in the "build" phase. Unlike traditional roles, this isn't about maintaining status quo—it's about activation, retention, and experimentation. You will own the product lifecycle for the agent-facing side of RMN+. Your goal is to build features that agents don't just use, but rely on. You will be the primary driver of our experimentation roadmap, turning usage data into actionable insights and rapid-fire product iterations. If you are goal-oriented, obsessed with metrics, and love the "zero-to-one" energy of a new division, you belong here.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the Agent Engine: Own the end-to-end roadmap for agent features that drive activation and daily active usage (DAU). You are responsible for ensuring agents find immediate value in the RMN+ ecosystem.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize the agent funnel. You’ll use data to decide what we scale, what we pivot, and what we kill.
  • Metric Ownership: You won't just "track" metrics; you will live by them. You’ll define and hit KPIs related to agent retention, feature adoption, and data collection quality.
  • Feature Delivery: Work in the trenches with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features at a startup pace. You bridge the gap between "cool idea" and "shipped code."
  • The Consumer-Agent Interface: Collaborate with the consumer teams to ensure that the data collected from home-seekers flows seamlessly into agent tools, creating a feedback loop that improves with every interaction.
  • Data as a Product: Build and refine tools that collect usage data, allowing us to understand agent behavior better than anyone else in the industry.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in roles where you were responsible for shipping features and moving specific needles (not just managing a backlog).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • The "Builder" DNA: You have a proven track record of taking features from a blank whiteboard to a live environment with a heavy focus on UX for professional users (B2B or Prosumer).
  • Experimentation Rigor: Deep experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly) and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL).
  • Goal Obsession: You are someone who sees a "90% retention goal" and creates five different ways to hit 95%.
  • Technical Fluency: You can hold your own in a room with Senior Engineers and Data Scientists, understanding the trade-offs between speed-to-market and technical debt.
  • Startup Mentality: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of building the "newest" thing in a large, stable company.

Strong plus: Experience in early stage startups, founder.
