Hello 👋 I am Puneet, Co- founder and CPO at Kayzen, and I am now looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be part of our Product team.  🙌

But wait, you have not heard of Kayzen before? 😃

Kayzen is a mobile demand-side platform (DSP) dedicated to democratizing programmatic advertising. We enable leading apps, agencies, media buyers, and brands to run programmatic customer acquisition, retargeting, and brand performance campaigns through its self-serve and managed service options. Built on the three core pillars of performance, transparency, and control, Kayzen powers the world’s best mobile marketing teams with bespoke solutions that fuel business growth and deliver a competitive advantage. With an unprecedented scale of 160B+ daily ad requests from 1.6B+ unique users worldwide, we serve up to 1B+ ads per day in 180 countries. Kayzen is accessible through our APIs and user interface.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the integration of Large Language Model (LLM) powered features into our customer-facing UI . In this high-impact role, you will build, launch, and iterate LLM-powered experiences (e.g., chat interfaces, campaign assistants, natural language analytics tools) that make our platform more intuitive and powerful for advertisers.

Reporting directly to Co-founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will own the GenAI/LLM product roadmap with a laser focus on external, customer-facing features. You’ll collaborate closely with our ML, data, design, and engineering teams to implement LLM functionality seamlessly into the Kayzen UI , ensuring these advanced capabilities feel natural and valuable to our users. This is a unique opportunity in a high-growth startup environment to shape the future of our product – you’ll be the champion for delivering LLM-driven innovations that elevate the advertiser experience on Kayzen.

Responsibilities

  • LLM Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision for LLM-powered features in Kayzen UI. Own the roadmap for GenAI/LLM initiatives, prioritizing user-facing capabilities that deliver clear value to advertisers. Ensure all projects align with our overall product strategy and keep Kayzen at the forefront of AI-driven experiences.

  • Feature Development & Iteration: Lead end-to-end development of new LLM features – from ideation and prototyping to MVP, launch, and continuous improvement. Build, launch, and iterate on features like a chat-based campaign assistant or natural language analytics tool, rapidly experimenting and refining based on user feedback and usage data.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with machine learning engineers, designers, and software engineers to bring LLM features to life. Translate customer needs into AI product requirements. Partner with UI/UX design to craft intuitive interfaces so that complex AI technology is presented in an easy-to-use, seamless way for advertisers.

  • Seamless UI Integration: Ensure LLM capabilities integrate smoothly into existing UI workflows. Design features that augment the advertiser’s workflow without friction – for example, enabling users to ask questions in natural language to get campaign insights, instead of manually digging through reports. Your goal is to make advanced AI features feel like a natural extension of the Kayzen platform.

  • Customer-Centric Product Execution: Be the voice of the customer for LLM features. Engage with our advertiser clients to gather input and validate that new AI-driven tools truly solve their pain points. Prioritize use cases that help advertisers work faster and smarter

  • Metrics & Iteration: Define success metrics for each LLM-powered feature (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, impact on campaign performance, etc.). Monitor performance and user feedback closely post-launch, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve. You will continuously fine-tune the LLM experiences to increase their effectiveness and delight for users.
  • Product Leadership: Act as the internal champion for LLM initiatives. Communicate and evangelize the LLM feature roadmap to stakeholders across the company, including leadership. Work with the CPO on investment decisions and ensure cross-team alignment on delivering these strategic features. Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving LLM/AI landscape to inform product decisions and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

  •  Product Management Expertise: 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactful products or features. Experience driving a product from concept to launch, especially zero-to-one feature development in a startup or new product line is highly valued.

  • LLM/AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models and modern AI technologies. You grasp how LLMs (like GPT-based models) work, their capabilities and limitations, and how to leverage generative AI in a product context. Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered features or working with AI APIs is a big plus.
  • Advertising Domain Experience :  Experience in AdTech, MarTech is highly preferred. You understand the needs of marketers and can quickly grasp concepts like programmatic buying, campaign optimization, and attribution. Prior experience specifically with demand-side platforms or mobile advertising is a plus.

  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with technical teams and concepts. You can engage in discussions about data pipelines, model performance, prompt engineering, and API integrations. A background in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience) is beneficial.
  • User-Centric & UX Sense: Deep empathy for end-users (advertisers/marketers) and a sharp eye for good UX. You can design and evaluate AI features from the user’s perspective, making complex technology simple and delightful to use. Experience in crafting chatbot or conversational UI and simplifying data-heavy dashboards via natural language is a plus.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable defining metrics and using analytics to inform decisions. You take a hypothesis-driven approach to product changes and rely on data and user feedback to iterate. Experience with A/B testing or evaluating experiment results is nice to have.

  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a vision and rally teams around it. You are adept at presenting product strategy and updates to executives (including CPO) and can clearly convey the “why” behind prioritization decisions.

What do we offer?

  • Reporting directly to Co-founder & CPO
  • Direct access to top management and an extremely “visible” role
  • Exceptional career growth and learning opportunity
  • A unique opportunity to be part of an experienced team of industry experts and entrepreneurs who bring massive change to the Adtech market

  • A 500-dollar home-office setup budget
  • A 1000-dollar annual learning and development budget
