Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core financial products. The primary goal is to bridge the gap between customer needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable financial solutions that drive user growth and revenue.

  • Product Strategy and Vision
    • Define and communicate a long-term product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
    • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging based on market response and customer feedback.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
    • Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing user behavior, transaction data, and market metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
    • Work closely with Marketing Managers to create internal and client-facing product marketing collateral.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for product improvements.
    • Evaluate competitor intelligence to recommend new product developments.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
    • Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy, including target audience, value proposition, marketing channels, sales strategies, and pricing.
    • Ensure alignment between product development and market needs for successful product launches.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage expectations and maintain transparency with executive leadership and external partners (e.g., banks, payment processors).
    • Act as the primary liaison to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is strongly recommended but not required.
  • Experience: 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Fintech.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and how financial ledgers operate.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as KYC/AML, CCPA, and other state regulations, and PCI-DSS.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau) to make informed product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading product launch from 0 to 1.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across the globe in multiple time zones.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $177,000 and $185,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
