Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of Autonomous Scientific Instrumentation designed to operate seamlessly within next-generation autonomous laboratory workflows. This role will define how core analytical and life sciences instruments evolve to become intelligent, self-optimizing, and interoperable components of integrated scientific ecosystems.
The Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy in close collaboration with strategic customers and Thermo Fisher business units to ensure instruments are architected with standardized interfaces, real-time data exchange capabilities, and embedded intelligence that enable scalable integration across workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $150,000.00–$190,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
