We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define and deliver the next-generation software platforms that power Acrisure’s digital transformation.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, data, and business operations. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes for Acrisure’s global business.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions.
As a Senior Product Manager at Acrisure Innovation, you will:
Define and execute product strategy aligned with Acrisure’s broader technology roadmap
Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear product opportunities
Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
Serve as product owner within agile teams—writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlog priorities
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration
Develop a deep understanding of internal and external users to identify friction points and product opportunities
Use research, analytics, and experimentation to guide product decisions
Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch
Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, operations, and executive leadership
Communicate product vision and progress clearly across stakeholders
Align teams around shared priorities and ensure successful delivery
Successful candidates in this role will:
Drive measurable improvements in product adoption, efficiency, and customer experience
Deliver scalable product capabilities that support Acrisure’s rapid growth
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across engineering, data, and business teams
Translate complex business problems into intuitive, high-impact software solutions
We are looking for candidates with a strong combination of product strategy, technical fluency, and execution discipline.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology platforms
Proven experience working with engineering teams to build and launch software products
Strong understanding of agile development processes
Experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience building data-driven or AI-enabled products
Experience working in enterprise platforms, fintech, or insurtech
Ability to analyze product metrics and drive data-informed decisions
Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
Work on high-impact technology transforming a $6T+ global industry
Partner with world-class engineers, product leaders, and data scientists
Help build products that power one of the fastest-growing fintech platforms in the world
