We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with an exceptional eye for visual craft and interaction design to own the Rewards Experience. This is not just about building systems; it's about creating moments of delight, excitement, and emotional resonance that define our relationship with our members. You will be the visionary force behind the look, experience, and motion of our rewards ecosystem, from promotions to missions and other rewarding experiences. You will champion a culture of design excellence, mentor fellow designers, and deliver polished, intuitive, and visually stunning experiences that set a new benchmark for quality in our industry.

You will be a role model example of our operating principles:

  • Play As a Team: Collaborate effectively within your team and across cross-divisional partnerships to ensure an exceptional user experience throughout all customer journeys.
  • Accept Audibles: Demonstrate the flexibility and resilience required to pivot priorities or focus as necessary to ensure the timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Let It Fly: Exhibit a willingness to experiment and embrace continuous learning. We aim to be pioneers within our industry, moving beyond simply following or imitating competitors. This requires taking calculated risks to drive innovation.
  • Leave It All on the Field: Commit fully to delivering excellent outcomes that advance our product and solidify our position as a best-in-class sports entertainment offering.
What you’ll do:
  • Define the Vision: Lead the end-to-end design process for the Rewards domain, establishing the north-star vision and strategic direction for how members utilize promotions and rewards on our platform. We want the most exciting and rewarding experience within the industry and you will help us achieve that goal.
  • Master the Craft: Translate complex reward mechanics and user psychology into intuitive, visually compelling, and delightful interfaces. You will collaborate with our design system and Marketing teams to establish best-in-class visuals and motion design that make our rewards experience feel premium and engaging.
  • Pioneer New Experiences: Go beyond optimization. You will conceptualize and design groundbreaking promotion mechanics and systems that deepen member loyalty and create memorable, shareable moments.
  • Champion Design Excellence: Serve as a bar-raiser for design quality across the product organization. You will provide insightful critique, mentor other designers, and evangelize best practices in UX, visual, and interaction design.
  • Systems Thinker: You don’t just think through the end user experience but how everything connects together in linear and non-linear workflows and systems. You understand the nuances of how and why certain experiences are delivered to specific audiences and how that impacts the business.
  • Orchestrate a Cohesive Journey: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Brand, Marketing, and User Research to ensure the rewards experience is not only beautiful and functional but also emotionally resonant and perfectly aligned with our members' motivations.
  • Drive with Data and Intuition: Lead fast-paced, cross-functional design sprints and experiments, blending qualitative insights and quantitative data with your expert design intuition to deliver impactful results.
  • Lean into AI-Driven Design and Delivery: Utilize AI tools and methods to optimize processes and ensure speed of delivery while still achieving a high bar of design quality.
What you have:
  • 7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that showcases mastery in visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking. Your work should demonstrate a deep understanding of how to create emotionally engaging digital experiences.
  • Expertise in Visual and Interaction Design: A mastery of visual design principles (typography, layout, color theory) and a passion for motion and micro-interactions that enhance usability and create delight. You have a "pixel-perfect" mindset.
  • Strategic and Conceptual Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract business goals and user needs into a compelling design vision and a pragmatic, phased execution plan, from MVP to future-state iterations. Ability to create simple experiences out of complex and interconnected systems.
  • Leadership and Influence: A track record of leading design within a cross-functional team, mentoring other designers, and successfully advocating for user-centered, high-quality design solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep Empathy and User Focus: An innate ability to understand user motivations and behaviors, considering usability and accessibility not as a checklist but as a core tenet of exceptional design.
  • Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of frontend technologies and AI. You have the ability to foster a seamless, collaborative handoff process with engineering partners.
  • Mastery of Modern Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with experience utilizing AI as a catalyst for design processes and producing effective documentation and handoff workflows.
