• <point>You know when to prioritize fast iterations for short-term impact, and when to step back, define a broader vision, and work backwards to deliver it.</point>
• <point>You can communicate fluently in English and confidently articulate your design decisions through storytelling, backed by user insights and strong intuition.</point>
• <point>You’re highly proficient across the Figma ecosystem, using it for UI, prototyping, system design, and collaborative discovery. You leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping and iterations.</point>
• <point>You’re passionate about mentoring and guiding other designers, fostering a collaborative environment that elevates overall design quality and team growth.</point>
