We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage Subscriptions (non-IT) and support other indirect procurement categories. This role is critical for ensuring timely contract renewals, driving sourcing excellence, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract lifecycles: renewals, amendments, and terminations for subscription services.
- Drive sourcing activities across multiple categories using RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Execute data-driven negotiation strategies and evaluate supplier risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align requirements and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking for strategic decisions.
- Develop cost models, perform spend analysis, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Support SOX compliance and assist with audits.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion for P2P processes and resolve invoice issues.
- Lead continuous process improvements using automation and new technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
