工作职责：
1． 参与变性淀粉新产品开发，从产品需求定义、配方开发到样品制作及量产
2． 设计小试、中试及量产的工艺技术方案，负责量产前变更管理/人员培训、组织生产线试验及工艺验证等工作
3． 负责收集、整理、分析生产过程中与工艺相关的数据资料，解决工艺技术问题，提升效率降低成本（收率、能源、化学品等）
4． 变性淀粉生产线上的新原料、新辅料、新技术开发与试验
5． 变性淀粉新、改、扩建项目的工艺路线设计，物料及热量平衡计算，参与设备安装 ，组织项目试车及工艺验证
6． 为客户提供技术方案并解决应用中的问题，参与重大质量问题的处理
7． 与集团其它工厂沟通产品及工艺开发技术
8． 工厂SOP的起草，更新
任职要求：
1． 本科及以上学历，食品/化工等相关专业
2． 5年以上变性淀粉工艺相关工作经验，从事过工艺优化、新产品开发、生产线设计工作
3． 有小试、中试实验装置设计/操作及放大量产工作经验
4． 了解变性淀粉相关法规及其在食品生产中的应用
5． 良好的责任心及团队协作精神，具有较强的学习能力和创新意识
6． 熟练使用化工计算软件，DOE工具等
