- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across planning and execution, embedding standard processes that improve flow, efficiency, and outcomes at scale.
- Collaborator Communication: Partner with senior technical and non-technical collaborators to enable alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making.
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Champion and evolve Agile and hybrid delivery practices, supporting teams and leaders to operate effectively in changing environments.
- Data & Insights: Define and use meaningful delivery metrics and insights to inform prioritisation, governance, and continuous improvement.

- Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically
- Proven ability to lead planning across multiple teams, streams, or portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders and executives
- Excellent systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity where none exists
- A track record of improving delivery outcomes through better planning, alignment, and execution
