An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Aero Procurement Team for a Senior P&C Manager in the Integrators, Fasteners and Pipes Supplier Management Team in Derby. This is a Senior Leadership and Delivery role reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager.
The Senior Planning and Control Manager is the lead Planning and Control interface with Incora and the other FCUK3 supply chain. The role leads the governance on all workstreams between Rolls Royce and the Incora infrastructure and ensures demand and supply are managed to support A&T, Aftermarket and the RR Make Plants. This role operates across the full Incora UK portfolio.
What you will be doing:
As Senior P&C Manager, you will be accountable for driving an integrated Planning & Control functional plan across the business units which will include leading all Planning & Control activities for various Finished Component Suppliers including Incora and others. This can include demand cascade, inventory planning, resource planning; rates through gates, work in progress and delivery control; understanding lead time and losses and driving improvement to deliver for our customers.
