As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-energy environment where precision and efficiency matter. You’ll staff, organize, and direct all warehouse operations, ensuring every product moves seamlessly from receipt to storage, selection, packaging, loading, and shipping—so customers get what they need, when they need it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. - Drive Efficiency and Cost Savings - You’ll take the lead in controlling costs by boosting team productivity, optimizing storage space, and ensuring proper protection of all stored materials. Your decisions will directly impact profitability and operational success.
- Keep Customers Happy - Run shortage reports to compare customer needs with inventory levels, then move products between warehouses to guarantee timely shipments. You’ll make sure every order meets customer expectations.
- Master Inventory and Production Control - Maintain accurate records of inventory and product locations to support production control and cost accounting. Your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Solve Problems and Prevent Loss - Identify the root causes of product losses and implement corrective actions to protect company assets and improve processes.
- Own Transportation and Delivery - Manage internal and external carriers by organizing, preparing, and scheduling deliveries. You’ll be the point person ensuring products get where they need to go—on time, every time.
WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years related experience in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required.
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards and USDA/HACCP regulations.
- Knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing software, Inventory software, Internet, Spreadsheet, Word and Order processing, preferred.
- May need to travel up to 5% of the time
- Has the flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to make a deeper impact.
OTHER SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
- Previous food processing experience, manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures, preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides leadership and guidance to employees in the Warehouse.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
