Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Senior Planner to join our team in Franklin, TN.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manages the PT Fleet ordering process for CMM, MarComm, Training and PR.

  • Coordinates and provides input to the CMM/Marketing Operations management team on strategic business issues or initiatives that encompass the entire Nissan portfolio.

  • Supports the regional Value Table process on behalf of M&S function ensuring annual updates are completed in compliance with existing processes. 

  • Manages regional naming processes for CMM and supports the Regional Naming Specialist who represents NNA to the Global Naming Committee.

  • Supports/coordinates critical run-the-business processes & governance meetings on behalf of CMM/Marketing Operations.

  • Supports coordination of the quarterly Product Sub-Committee for the Nissan Dealer Advisory Board.

  • Supports vehicle Monroney update process by maintaining/updating processes, providing training and ensuring compliance with government, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative

Who We're Looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to act independently; lead workgroups to successful conclusions, while successfully managing complex projects. 

  • Demonstrated group facilitation skills. 

  • Resourcefulness and broad knowledge of the Nissan organization a plus. 

  • Able to manage multiple projects at the same time. 

  • Clear, concise and persuasive in written and oral communications.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence at various levels.

  • Ability to apply a sense of objectivity, especially in understanding and assessing multiple functions. 

  • Possesses the desire to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere. 

  • Strong self-management and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to absorb and objectively understand new materials.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to solve complex problems, analyze data, and present findings clearly in day-to-day business scenarios.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

  • 6-7 years of comprehensive professional experience in business management, finance, marketing, or related field.

  • Prior Nissan marketing, finance, or sales background.

  • Strong analytical and project coordination experience.

  • Cross-functional, cross-affiliate experience strongly preferred.
