We will count on you to:
Lead advisory efforts on a diverse portfolio of client accounts, including complex and high-value placements.
Develop and execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with Placement Leaders and Client Executives, aligned with client goals.
Apply risk expertise and knowledge of industry trends and carriers to design tailored placement solutions.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, underwriters, and market contacts to enhance placement opportunities.
Manage coverage reviews and negotiate terms with underwriters to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, advising clients and internal teams on impacts and opportunities.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up of all placement activities within internal systems.
Collaborate across Marsh teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
What You Need to Have
Solid insurance knowledge, preferably in P&C lines
Familiarity with insurance market trends and carrier relationships
Proven ability to conduct effective market negotiations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
