What You'll Accomplish

Drive Strategic Outcomes: Lead comprehensive program delivery from initial concept through high-volume manufacturing, ensuring all milestones surpass expectations. Champion enterprise-wide execution to meet both internal business objectives and customer commitments while serving as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Phase Gate Advancement. You will operate as the centralized coordination hub to ensure deliverables align with enterprise business plans and investments, implementing change control processes when necessary to maintain program integrity and strategic alignment.

Orchestrate Excellence: Lead cross-functional teams to create unified execution plans that align customer vision with Intel's technological capabilities.

Optimize Performance: Identify and implement game-changing process improvements that enhance customer experiences and business results.

Enable Innovation: Partner with engineering teams to ensure manufacturing readiness for next-generation products that will define entire industries.

Solve Complex Challenges: Embed with specialized teams to tackle the semiconductor industry's most interesting technical and business problems.

Qualifications:

The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.  Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or in a STEM related field of study
  • 7+ years of semiconductor/ advanced silicon packaging expertise in one of the following: technology development, product development, or manufacturing
  • Program management experience
  • Experience leading technology phase gates or similar technical program management
  • Experience with silicon, advanced packaging, and manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field)
  • PMP certification standards
  • Foundry experience
  • Customer-facing semiconductor industry experience
  • Intel experience (but not required – we love fresh perspectives!)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $160,980.00-311,040.00 USD

 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
