Your Role at Reputation:
Reputation has an opening for a Senior People Experience Business Partner (Part-Time). This is a unique opportunity to build, foster, and grow a world-class culture and team at one of the fastest-growing companies in the Enterprise Software space.
The company is a leader in the Enterprise Reputation Management space and provides a cloud-based enterprise software platform to large and medium-sized companies globally. This role specifically supports our EMEA-based team, providing an exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced team member to retain world-class talent and continue building the strong culture that defines our company. The Senior PEX BP will play a key role in progressing the company through its next stage of growth.
How You’ll Shape the Experience:
Collaborate with the HR team to shape and grow a world-class culture
Develop and improve HR strategies and processes that enable operational excellence and a people-first, performance-driven environment
Serve as the HR business partner for our EMEA-based team, supporting areas such as HRIS & payroll, compensation, benefits, training & development, compliance, health & safety, succession planning, and employee relations & retention
Partner with people leaders to align team capabilities with company values
Lead performance management processes, reviews, and employee experience surveys
Drive consistency, best practices, and clear communication across functions
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to execute strategic hiring initiatives and ensure positive candidate experiences from onboarding to offboarding
Support the Chief People Officer on sensitive employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, leave management, and UK and EMEA immigration matters
Take on additional high-impact projects as opportunities arise

The Skills That Set You Apart:
10+ years HR experience
Strong problem-solving and employee relations skills
Ability to dive deep with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and manage conflicting priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus, but not required
CIPD qualified or holding an equivalent internationally recognised HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred, but not required
Experience with HR Systems (such as Workday), MS 365, and Google Workspace strongly preferred, but not required
Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:
This role is ideally based out of our Liverpool office, where you’ll work on a hybrid schedule—joining us in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (subject to change) and working from home the remaining days. While our priority is to hire someone locally in Liverpool, we may consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate based in the UK.
