Salary: £90,440 – £106,400
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week currently, or 40% of our time, at our Bristol office.

What you’ll do
Working with Product Owners, Engineering Leads to understand requirements, designing the solutions and implementing them in Pega technology
Provide alternative designs and recommend most suitable solution.
Application Technical ownership involving Change management and Run Risk management.
Meeting the organizational standards in building the solutions.
Working with Enterprise architects and Pega Centre of Excellence Teams.
Identify and provide ways to eliminate technical debt.
Line Management and setting development goals for your team.
Build of Proof of Value to foster innovation.
Supporting wider delivery consideration e.g. risk management, planning, keeping documents current.
Working closely with Centre of Excellence Team to identify the skill gaps and trainings plans for the team members.
Networking and collaborating with other teams in the business unit to support in integration.
What you’ll need
Significant experience in Pega development. Pega CLSA Certified
Pega Cloud experience
Ability to design and develop microjourneys using case management
Deep knowledge in Data model design
Experience in building REST/SOAP based integrations as a service and as a connector
In-depth knowledge on security aspects Authentication, Authorization, JSON Web Tokens, Certs and Public-Key Cryptography concepts
Knowledge on Pega GenAI, Constellation is required. Working knowledge is most suitable
Knowledge on streaming solutions like Apacha Kafka
Experience on monitoring tools like PAL, PDC, DB Trace
Experience on debugging tools like Clipboard, Tracer, Live UI, Developer Tools in Browser, Postman/Bruno, SOAPUI
Monitoring and Telemetry with Dynatrace, Splunk
Desirable Skills:
AWS/GCP Cloud certification
Experience of JIRA/Confluence and other tools and techniques such as DevOps.
Awareness of Constellation and DX APIs
Awareness on OpenBanking architecture
