  • Partner with Human Resources, Benefits, Equity, Finance, and Accounting teams to support payroll operations and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Reconcile payroll registers, funding wires, tax payments, and benefit contributions while preparing journal entries and supporting month-end close activities.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, including materials aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing for organizations with 1,000+ employees.

  • Experience processing U.S. payroll, with exposure to Canadian payroll strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Workday Payroll, including system enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
