What you will be doing:
- As senior payroll analyst, you will deliver an effective and accurate payroll service from start to finish to our UK business.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating colleague renumeration, reporting employee changes and benefit changes.
- Assist with future implementation projects, of new payrolls and new payroll software, HMRC documentation and be involved with coordinating year end payroll requirements.
What you bring:
- 6 years’ work experience in Payroll
- Should be comfortable to work around UK time zones.
- Knowledgeable in the administration of payroll systems e.g., Workday Payroll & ADP
- Hybrid working
- Should be ready to work in small team to support 14 payrolls across UK and Ireland and cover over 2,000 employees
- Can demonstrate superior knowledge and work experience around UK Payroll legislation including but not limited to:
- SMP, SPP, SAP, SSP, ShPP, Alabaster
- P11Ds, P11D (B) and Class 1A NIC
- Directors’ NICs
- P60s, P45s, new starter forms and statement of earnings.
