About the Role

This role supports the Principal Partner Engagement & Experience Manager by owning and executing key partner communications, content operations, and digital experience workflows. The position is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Partner Marketing, PR, Enablement, Programs, and Corporate Social teams to deliver timely, accurate, and engaging partner communications across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Partner Communications & Engagement: Develop and execute partner-first communication strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and engagement across Cloudflare’s global partner ecosystem.
  • Create Impactful Partner Content: Own the creation, curation, and distribution of partner-facing and internal content that supports programs, enablement, incentives, events, and key business priorities.
  • Elevate Digital Partner Experience: Support the ongoing optimization of Cloudflare’s partner digital experiences, including content organization, discoverability, and usability across partner-facing platforms.
  • Amplify Partner Visibility & Recognition: Partner with cross-functional teams to promote partner success stories, announcements, and recognition, reinforcing Cloudflare’s partner-first culture.
  • Support Partner Readiness & Enablement: Collaborate with partner marketing, product marketing, enablement, and sales teams to deliver timely, relevant content that improves field and partner readiness.
  • Execute Partner Engagement Programs: Support the planning, promotion, and execution of partner engagement initiatives, including webinars and campaigns, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
  • Own Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution: Act as a key liaison across Partner Experience, Marketing, PR, and Operations to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and effective execution of partner initiatives.

Key Skills & Attributes 

  • 5+ years of experience in partner-focused roles (marketing, communications, experience, programs, project management, or analytics).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and partner-first in approach.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working across teams and balancing competing priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, Wiki, Poppulo platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing engagement metrics and using insights to improve content performance.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Washington DC Metro-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $213,000 - $261,000.

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.

Equity

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
