As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will directly contribute to marketplace performance and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will own key operational workstreams end-to-end, improve planning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock sustainable growth.

- <point>Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).</point>
- <point>Support the monthly and quarterly forecast planning process to ensure accurate budget and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) alignment.</point>
- <point>Own the analysis and review of the performance of city portfolios. Turn findings into clear actions and follow through on delivery.</point>
- <point>Ensure proper configuration of city-specific settings to align with operational goals.</point>
- <point>Analyze driver earnings data to ensure fair compensation and operational efficiency.</point>

- <point>BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.</point>
- <point>Strong ability to interpret data, independently own complex problems, and deliver measurable business outcomes.</point>
- <point>Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, and BI/data visualization tools is a strong advantage.</point>
- <point>Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.</point>
- <point>Excellent communication and written skills in English and Latvian.</point>
