We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving business intelligence, data analytics, and strategic decision-making. This position will support initiatives such as supply chain compliance, practice acquisition evaluations, and operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to lead change and collaborate across departments.

This is a full-time role. A caregiver in this position will work 40 hours per week.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual summary and detail reports of operational performance, revenue, recovery, and expense information.
  • Provide information monthly and as needed to chair/director.
  • Provide leadership for implementation and ongoing support of inventory systems.
  • Ensure the master file is current, and supply expenses are aligned with case volume and revenue.
  • Manage financial and operational integration of new facilities, and the development of new business lines within existing facilities.
  • Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (Epic, CCF dashboards, Tableau)
  • Create and maintain dashboards for leadership to monitor operational performance.
  • Use Excel for advanced reporting, pivot tables and trend analysis.
  • Evaluate potential practice acquisitions (volume, patient population, financial viability).
  • Bring new equipment to location and assess where it will be
    best used.
  • Assess operational efficiency and compliance with supply chain contracts.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive review.
  • Track and analyze supply chain management contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and identify gaps or risks.
  • Lead or support strategic projects related to operations and analytics.
  • Develop timelines, manage deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Document processes and maintain project status updates.
  • Work closely with leadership and other departments serving as a liaison between analytics and operational teams.
  • Communicate findings clearly and influence decision-making.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from leadership for data-driven insights.
  • Model scenarios for potential business changes and provide recommendations based on data trends and forecasts.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field
  • Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or project management, with significant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting with multi-disciplinary organizational and operational structure and large hospital/physician provider organization and healthcare consulting OR a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and four years of experience in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Epic and CCF Dashboard tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver actionable insights
  • Experience with business intelligence and data analytics
  • Ability to evaluate practice acquisition opportunities using data-driven methods
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead change

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 15 pounds​
