In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the reliability and seamless operation of AT&T’s next-generation communication technologies, including Optical, IP Core, and Mobility networks. Your work will directly impact millions of users by maintaining critical systems, resolving complex issues, and implementing innovative solutions that keep AT&T’s networks running at peak performance.

What you'll do:

  • Provide 24x7 technical support for network platforms, including proactive and reactive fault management, triage, and remediation across multiple technologies.

  • Collaborate with business partners and vendors to develop processes, documentation, and implement new technologies using DevOps methodologies.

  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve Tier 2 network issues, ensuring system performance and reliability meet designed KPIs.

  • Automate support and monitoring tasks through scripting and programming to drive operational efficiency.

  • Analyze platform and organizational metrics using industry-standard analytics tools, presenting actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain internal applications, web solutions, scripts, and support database administration needs.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience Technical expertise in End-to-End service Optical, IP Core, Mobility, VOIP, messaging, and wifi technologies.

  • Hands-on skills in network troubleshooting, monitoring, and root cause analysis.

  • Experience with Linux or Unix command line interfaces and related tools.

  • Proficiency in scripting and programming for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).

  • Ability to work with DevOps methodologies and collaborate on product development.

  • Database administration and web application development experience

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations.

This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into an office 2-3 days per week.
 

Our earns between 91,000 -  137,000 CZK / EUR gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
