In the role of a Senior Network Technology Support Specialist (4G/5G), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of AT&T’s 4G and 5G mobility data core. Your work directly impacts the continuity of critical services for millions of users by troubleshooting complex network issues, implementing changes, and leading improvements in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. You’ll be part of a global team that keeps AT&T’s advanced mobility networks running smoothly, making you a key contributor to the company’s innovation and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in real time, ensuring rapid service restoration.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance through proactive system checks and maintenance of software related to 4G/5G mobility data core.
  • Configure and deploy network devices, manage changes, and implement technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to support operations and projects.
  • Perform complex planned changes on live network elements
  • Maintain and create technical documentation and reports to support ongoing operations.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis, process improvements, and testing of network changes.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation and adapt to changing priorities to cover working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm CET + on call rotation (weekend coverage with occasional overnights)
  • Attention to detail in both technical execution and documentation.
  • Initiative to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in network support or system administration.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of mobility architectures (4G/5G).
  • Experience with system administration and configuration management.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (OpenStack, VMWare, Kubernetes) and networking (CCNA certification preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred).

Our earns between 91,000 -  137,000 CZK gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
