About the role

本岗位的核心使命是持续优化并迭代业务运营及创新,构建一个以患者旅程为中心,以医生教育为主线,线上与线下深度融合推广的业务增长引擎。

此岗位将负责协同跨部门,帮助销售团队推进线下业务与数字化推广的落地与执行,打造专业且具影响力医院渠道HCP教育体系,并优化销售运营效率,最终实现医院品牌影响力与市场占有率的双重提升。

Key Responsibilities

  • 协同TMK、EMKT深入分析医疗市场格局,制定针对不同层级医院的拓展及投资战略,持续优化与迭代市场及销售策略。

  • 协同CE建立自动化销售运营数据分析体系,监控关键指标,为业务决策提供数据支持,持续优化与迭代销售运营支持。

  • 协同CE建立渠道激励评估体系,制定年度奖金激励政策或特殊项目奖金激励政策,提升团队有效激励。

  • 协同TMK、Expert MKT、Sales、Fiance、Supply chain等部门,定期整合分析市场变化、客户需求及销售执行等,提供实时、动态的反馈,从而有效提升从客户需求、医院销售、商业供货及供应链生产的全链路流程效率。

  • 数字中心和公众号搭建、运营。提升医生对数字化教育兴趣和满意度,增加医生对产品和疾病认知度提升诊疗观念,线上教育赋能线下销售团队。

  • 需要建立统一的数据分析体系,将各方数据打通,从而实现精准化的资源投放和科学决策。通过建立共同的目标、清晰的利益分配机制和高效的项目管理方法,提升销售团队的资源有效配置及时运用,驱动不同部门为共同的目标努力。

  • 确保渠道拓展、线上运营、医生教育和销售支持这四股力量朝着同一个战略目标(如提升某疾病领域的市场份额)前进,形成合力。

  • 将医疗合规内化为一种本能,清楚营销红线,在合规框架内进行创新。

Qualifications and skills

  • 本科及以上学历 ,医学、药学等相关专业优先。

  • 10年以上医疗健康行业相关工作经验​​。

  • 具有卓越的规划能力、分析能力和项目管理与执行能力。

  • 能够通过数据驱动决策,定义核心指标,并建立监控看板。能从数据中发现问题、洞察规律,并用于指导下一步行动。

  • 深刻理解医疗行业的商业模式(2H-医院和医生,2C-患者),能将所有工作最终关联到商业价值(如品牌力提升、业务增长)上。

  • 能够通过市场走访、数据分析等手段,持续挖掘用户的真实需求和痛点,并验证需求。

  • 拥有从0到1搭建教育体系或数字化转型的经验。
