About the Role

​The Senior Membership Analyst will play a key role in supporting accurate contract execution and pricing alignment by maintaining customer membership records and ensuring compliance with contract terms. This position is responsible for reviewing and interpreting contract requirements, validating customer eligibility, and performing system updates that directly impact pricing accuracy and customer experience. The analyst conducts regular membership audits, reconciles data across internal systems, and identifies discrepancies that require resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer customer membership records in alignment with contract terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance across internal systems.

  • Review and interpret contract requirements to validate customer eligibility and execute appropriate system updates to support correct contract pricing.

  • Conduct membership roster audits and reconcile results with internal data to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve membership inconsistencies, providing clear communication and timely follow‑through.

  • Ensure adherence to contract membership policies and escalate non‑compliance issues to management when necessary.

  • Calculate write‑down impacts related to customer commitments and coordinate required internal approvals.

  • Support the review and processing of customer eligibility requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Maintain and update internal master data records, contributing to overall data quality and system reliability.

  • Serve as the primary resource for Parent/Child alignment activities, ensuring accurate hierarchy structures across systems.

  • Serve as the primary resource for external business partners to supply, update and adjudicate data pertaining to Membership records

  • Partner with Commercial and Pricing teams to support membership placement, reconciliation, and contract execution activities.

  • Own parent/child hierarchy governance for assigned portfolios (including M&A updates) with defined SLAs and stakeholder comms.

  • Lead pre‑cutover readiness for price/contract updates (roster freezes, mass changes, contingency/back‑out plan).

  • Co‑lead the monthly eligibility & price realization review with Pricing COE: quantify leakage from membership errors and implement preventive fixes.

  • Define membership data standards (mandatory attributes, allowed values) and track conformance via dashboards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.

  • Minimum 3 year of experience working either in Customer Service, Sales Analytics, Chargebacks, Membership Support or Contract Administration.

  • Desirable: Experience in Medical devices or pharmaceutical industries.

  • Good communication skills with different stakeholders, adaptability to work in fast-changing environments, performs under pressure, and has good time management. 

  • English proficiency: C1 required.
